What you need to know before starting

Which businesses is Vitto for?

Small food businesses: snack bars, burger joints, pizzerias, trailers, food trucks, kiosks, coffee shops, bars, bakeries, family restaurants, production kitchens and operations just starting out, including from home.

Do I need to install anything?

No. Vitto is a system accessed through the browser, on the computer, tablet or phone you already have. Just sign in with your username and password.

Can I start with just a few accesses?

Yes. Plans vary by number of users and devices, and you can expand as the business grows.

How do orders reach the kitchen?

The order registered at service appears for the kitchen in the same flow, with a printing option. The team tracks and updates the preparation status.

Does Vitto have a digital menu?

Yes. You organize products and categories and make the digital menu available with a QR Code for your customers.

Is hardware included?

Vitto is the management software and works on the equipment you already own. Depending on the plan and contract conditions, tablets may be provided on a free-loan basis (comodato) — the equipment remains Vitto property and is formalized in its own term, with clear usage and return conditions. Check availability with our team.

Does Vitto issue tax invoices?

No. Vitto does not perform fiscal issuance. The system records the operation and payment method for your managerial control.

Is there a native app?

Not yet. Access is through the browser, which requires no installation and works on the devices you already use.

How does the demo work?

You fill in the contact form and our team schedules a conversation to show the platform in action and understand your business moment.

Is there a hidden commitment or fine?

No. Contracting is transparent: a minimum commitment only exists when a real economic benefit is granted to you, always described in the contract. Cancellation can be requested through the same channel used to contract, and online purchases include the 7-day withdrawal right provided by the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.

How do I choose a plan?

Plans differ mainly by number of users and devices. If in doubt, talk to our team — we will suggest the right plan for your moment, no strings attached.

How is my data handled?

We collect only the data needed to operate the service and answer your contact, according to our privacy policy and the Brazilian data protection law (LGPD). Your business data is isolated per organization.
