These terms govern only the use of this institutional website. Use of the Vitto platform you subscribe to is governed by the SaaS Service Agreement (individual or company) signed at the time of contracting, which prevails over this document for anything related to the product.

Acceptable use of the site
By browsing this site, you agree not to:
- Use it for unlawful, fraudulent purposes or purposes that violate third-party rights;
- Attempt to access restricted areas (such as the administrative panel) without authorization;
- Extract data from the site through abusive automated means (bulk scraping);
- Interfere with the security, availability or normal operation of the site.
Intellectual property
The Vitto brand, layout, texts, animations and other visual elements of this site belong toVita Munhoz Tecnologia and may not be reproduced, copied or used without prior written authorization.

By submitting the form, you declare that the information provided is true. Submitting the form does not create a contractual relationship: subscribing to the Vitto platform is only formalized upon signing the specific Service Agreement, presented in full before acceptance.
Plans and pricing
Plans shown on this site have pricing and limits on request, subject to commercial approval. Any effective contracting condition — pricing, term, equipment loan — will be formalized in the agreement signed with our team.
Limits of what is offered
This site describes only existing, validated features of the Vitto platform: orders, tabs, kitchen, digital menu with QR Code, cash register, inventory, customers, suppliers, managerial finance and reports. The site does not perform tax invoice issuance, tax calculation, payment processing, nor offer a native app — these limitations are also described in the FAQ on the homepage.
Limitation of liability
Information on this site is informational and commercial in nature. Commercial, tax and operational decisions for your business remain your responsibility, even though the Vitto platform helps record and organize the operation.
Changes to these terms
We may update this document at any time. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with the update date at the top.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of Ourinhos/SP, Brazil are elected as the forum, without prejudice to the consumer's domicile forum where applicable by law.
